What is the turnaround time for a Domain Name or Web Hosting Plan?
If transferring a domain from another registrar, the process usually takes uup to 5 business days to resolve properly from the time payment is received, dependent upon the client’s ability to respond quickly to authentication emails and the speed of the current domain name registrar.
If transferring web hosting for your website from another web host and all usernames and passwords are provided, all website data will be transferred within 24 hours of the time payment is received. However, the domain name could take up to 5 business days to resolve properly dependent upon the client’s ability to respond quickly to authentication emails and the speed of the current domain name registrar.
What if I am not satisfied with my logo design, logo animation, or explainer video?
This is a great question. If we were auto mechanics, it would be a simple matter of “it works” or “it doesn’t work.” However, graphic design is a subjective process which is to each person’s taste. We do our best to work together with our clients to create logo designs, logo animations and explainer videos that accurately convey their vision. If for some reason our work isn’t to your satisfaction, the “kill fee” for the project would be 50% of the total cost. That means that we could both walk away from the project at approximately half the price. We think it is fair to pay for the work that has been completed, while at the same time allowing a way out if the project is not going in the direction you had hoped. If the kill fee is employed for a logo design, logo animation or explainer video, WebCrafters will retain all legal rights to the designs and files for all proposed projects.
