What is the turnaround time for a Domain Name or Web Hosting Plan?
The turnaround time is usually 24 hours from the time payment is received and an available domain name is selected.
If transferring a domain from another registrar, the process usually takes uup to 5 business days to resolve properly from the time payment is received, dependent upon the client's ability to respond quickly to authentication emails and the speed of the current domain name registrar.
If transferring web hosting for your website from another web host and all usernames and passwords are provided, all website data will be transferred within 24 hours of the time payment is received. However, the domain name could take up to 5 business days to resolve properly dependent upon the client's ability to respond quickly to authentication emails and the speed of the current domain name registrar.

If your domain name registration has expired or you have yet to point the domain name to our hosting service, you can access the online Control Panel by server name. Please search within your hosting welcome email for the proper URL/Server Name. If you have misplaced your welcome email, please email info@web-crafters.com.
